Four Seasons Guest House has a 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating from East Lindsey District Council.
Breakfast is available upon request. Freshly cooked Full English Breakfasts are served to your guest room. Please specify your requirements on booking.
Evening Meals are subject to availability, please ask for further details on booking.
Takeaways may be brought into the guest rooms, however, we politely request these are only consumed at the tables provided, either inside the larger rooms or the communal tables on the landings. Please report any spillages to a member of the team.
Car Park
There are a small number of car parking spaces available in our private car park to the rear of the property, however, parking is not guaranteed with bookings.
Disabled Access
We have Ground Floor En-Suite rooms available, however, we currently have no ramps for wheelchair access to the building. Should any persons wishing to make a booking have any additional needs, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

We are located just a 5 minute walk from Mablethorpe's main shops and attractions, and 2 minutes from Queens Park and Mablethorpe's beautiful sandy beach. Taxis and the Bus Station are also within easy walking distance.

Terms and Conditions
- Sorry, we do not allow pets in guest rooms.
- For the quiet enjoyment of all, we do politely request all guests keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
- No smoking within the premises, a wall mounted ashtray can be found on the front of the building.
- We respectfully request any damages are reported to a member of the team immediately.
- Guests wishing to use the car-park do so at their own risk. The management cannot accept any liability for damage caused to vehicles during their stay.
- We operate a Zero Tolerance Policy to drug use. Any guests found breaching this rule will be asked to vacate the premises immediately and the relevant authorities notified.
